When I decided to change my life and fully dedicate myself to photography, I had years of work experience behind me and wanted to accelerate my journey to quickly reach a high-quality standard. So, I began to immerse myself in photography: exhibitions, books, studying techniques and composition—not just photographic but artistic in a broader sense.
One day, I came across a quote by Henri Cartier-Bresson that struck me deeply:
“Only the result counts, and the final proof is in the photographic print.”
Today, in a world dominated by social networks, this statement might seem outdated. Photography has evolved into a fast and immediate form of communication, often created and edited using apps and smartphones. We are in the era of visual mass distribution, where anyone with basic knowledge of an image-editing app can call themselves a photographer. Just as the fashion industry once underwent a shift with the rise of fast fashion and textile factories, photography too has been overtaken by speed and quantity. But, as in fashion—where handcrafted garments remain the most valuable and high-quality—I believe that in photography, true value lies in the care given to the process.
With my tailored approach, I have chosen not to follow the trend of quick and superficial shots but to dedicate myself to the entire photographic process: from the initial concept to styling, from shooting to post-production (executed with precision, without filters or artificial intelligence), all the way to printing—both photographic and FineArt. To me, the true eye of the photographer is not just about capturing the subject’s emotion but also about envisioning the photograph within a space, whether real or virtual. A vibrant photograph is not merely a snapshot of a moment but a meeting point between the emotion of the subject, the photographer, and the viewer.
For this reason, I offer a range of photography services tailored to both personal and professional needs: from personalized photo books to editorial photography, from creative direction to exhibition curation, and the production of photographic and FineArt prints.
